The online version of our popular EEO Awareness Training for Employees consists of seven modules:

  • Introduction: describes the key principles and effects of EEO in clear, unambiguous terms. Draws the line between the workplace and private life.
  • Discrimination: Illustrates what discrimination is, what the prohibited grounds of discrimination are, and what vilification is.
  • Sexual Harassment: Uses real-life scenarios, extensive examples and in-depth commentary to show exactly what behaviour constitutes sexual harassment and how sexual harassment can occur even if not intentional.
  • Bullying: Explains what workplace bullying is and, importantly, what it is not.
  • Resolving Complaints: Gives employees an understanding of the formal and informal complaints procedures, their rights and responsibilities regarding complaints, and possible outcomes of complaint procedures.
  • EEO Wrap Up: Summarises key points from each the modules and asks employees to identify examples of discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying in the workplace.
  • Assessment: Provides measurable and concrete results that your organisation can use to see areas for improvement down to an individual level.
